OUR WARRANTY

Products of Hatteras Hammocks are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for up to one year after the purchase date. Prolonged exposure to weather conditions including snow, rain, and humidity are not covered under the warranty nor is damage caused by normal wear, mildew, or improper care from storage, maintenance, and installation.

OUR RETURN POLICY

At Hatteras Hammocks, we stand behind every product we sell. Our signature One-Year Guarantee lets you put our products to the test. We will repair or replace any product for a full year from the date of purchase; however we cannot give refunds - only the retailer where you purchased the product from can give refunds. If you are seeking a refund, please return the product to the store where the item was purchased. If an item is found to be defective within one year of its purchase, it will be replaced without charge upon the return of the unit accompanied by a sales receipt. When returning an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization number that will allow us to track your product once it arrives at our warehouse; thereby creating a faster response to your concern.
